Sidekin and this agreement
Damasqas, Corp. provides Sidekin. These terms apply to its websites, waitlist, assistant, messaging experience, and related applications. Using Sidekin means accepting these terms. If you cannot accept them, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Who may use Sidekin
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement in your location. Use accurate account information and only phone numbers, devices, and accounts you are entitled to use. Keep your sign-in access secure and report suspected compromise promptly.
Registration does not guarantee admission. Access, limits, and available features can vary during the private beta. A waitlist place is not a promise of a release date, price, or particular capability.
Your requests and connected tools
Sidekin helps with ideas, planning, connected information, and creating work such as files, websites, and simple tools. Only request actions you have authority to take, and only supply information you have permission to share. Your instructions authorize work within their stated scope and the permissions available to your account.
Review what you ask the assistant to publish, send, change, or remove. Sidekin may seek clarification, decline a request, or stop when permission or an outcome is uncertain. Enabling a connector does not replace your authorization for a particular external action. You remain responsible for agreements and charges you authorize with outside services.
Checking the result
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Check facts and important results before acting on them. Generated work may resemble other output, and you should check rights and suitability before publishing or distributing it. Sidekin is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Outside websites, connected services, messaging carriers, and other providers apply their own terms. Their availability and decisions can affect a task. A status message from the assistant cannot guarantee acceptance or completion by another service.
Responsible use
Do not use Sidekin for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, privacy violations, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not use it to obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, extract other users’ information, defeat security controls, or disrupt a service. Only conduct security testing with appropriate authorization.
Sidekin may restrict or suspend access to investigate misuse, protect people or systems, meet legal requirements, or manage service availability.
Content and service rights
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit Damasqas, Corp. and the providers it uses to handle that content as needed to deliver and secure the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
You may use work Sidekin generates for you, subject to these terms, applicable law, and any third-party rights. We retain our rights in Sidekin’s software, branding, and other service materials. These terms do not grant a right to use another person’s trademarks or protected work.
Availability and responsibility
Where the law allows, Sidekin is supplied without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Beta features can change or be withdrawn. These limitations do not remove mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent legally permitted, Damasqas, Corp. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from the service. Its aggregate liability relating to Sidekin is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid Damasqas, Corp. for Sidekin during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither exclusion applies to liability that the applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Leaving and changes to these terms
You can stop using Sidekin and revoke connected access at any time. Stopping use or disconnecting a tool does not by itself delete account records; use the deletion process in our Privacy Policy. Rights and obligations that need to continue after use ends, including ownership and applicable responsibility limits, remain in effect.
Revised terms will be posted with a new effective date. We will give any notice or obtain any agreement required by applicable law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using Sidekin before they take effect.
